Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Mindful Meditation Session Mindful Meditation sessions are for all Upstate employees whether experienced or have never tried meditation.  If you already know how to meditate; take a few minutes for yourself to regroup, relax and breathe.  For those that are new to meditation, take this time to learn a new way to repair yourself or keep yourself grounded. Virtual sessions are weekly and are set up so you can come as often as you are able; all sessions are 15 minutes. We hope to see you there!
