2/20/2024	11:00am	Mindful Meditation Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Mindful Meditation Session Mindful Meditation sessions are for all Upstate employees whether experienced or have never tried meditation.  If you already know how to meditate; take a few minutes for yourself to regroup, relax and breathe.  For those that are new to meditation, take this time to learn a new way to repair yourself or keep yourself grounded. Virtual sessions are weekly and are set up so you can come as often as you are able; all sessions are 15 minutes. We hope to see you there!
